PU-Normal
PU foam is a product which is made with polyol and isocyanate as the main raw materials.
After this, chemical and physical foaming agents and other additives are mixed and made to react, in order to create the shape of foam.
PU-Special
PROFILE (egg carton sound absorption material)
This profile, also called an egg carton sponge, is a kind of PU product made by processing sponges.
MARBLE (recycled sponge)
This is called a recycled sponge. The marble sponge called rebond foam or Ron ded Foam is cleanly recycled after collecting various PU foams and crushing, steaming, compressing and processing them.
SEA (sponge)
It usually is called a pocked sponge and it is characterized by irregular cells.
This material structured by irregular porous cells is excellent in terms of sound absorption and moisture absorption.
MEMORY
The memory foam created through NASA’s new technology is also called a slow recovery foam due to its shape memory rebounding elasticity of load.
The memory foam has a low elasticity property and its greatest characteristic is its permanent compression strain.
MELAMIN
As a foaming material which can only be produced by a German company named BASF, this product is made by synthesizing*foaming melamine resins. This product with an open cell structure is highly absorbent and nonflammable.
PE
PE Cross-Linking
It is produced by mixing poly ethylene, the main raw material, with cross-linking agents, foaming agents and other additives, and chemically cross-linking foaming them.
This product is mainly used as a packaging cushioning material and interior insulation material.
PE Non-Crosslinking
It is produced through heating and melting linear polymer resins, mixing it with a foaming gas, and continuously foaming it without crosslinking by extrusion pressure.
RUBBER
BOARD
This is a semi-rigid block product with a closed-cell structure which is chemically cross-linked and foamed after mixing poly ethylene, the main ingredient, with E.V.A., a foaming agent, a cross-linking agent and other additives.
EVA
EVA, an abbreviation of "ethylene vinyl acetate," is a foaming material made with these three ingredients as the main raw materials.
EPDM (double synthetic rubber)
EPDM, an abbreviation of ethylene propylene diene M-class rubber, means double synthetic rubber.
CR (Neoprene)
The most important feature of CR products is that all of them are flame resistant.

The size of cells (holes) can be controlled according to the use, and this product has 3D network structure (chain bubbles).
